Location Details: India, Remote

At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time, others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.

This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings. ​

Join Our Team

We are looking for a Senior Manager for our Identity Governance (IGA) team to lead the strategy, roadmap, technology, and operations for GoDaddy's IGA program. We need a leader responsible for reducing risk, growing operational efficiency, and driving innovation that improves security and user experience.

On our team, you will provide leadership, strategic mentorship, and oversight of the IGA program. We need you to use people, processes, and technology to position the IGA capability for measurable success. This includes improving efficiency, growing security posture, supporting growth, and improving the end-user experience.

What you'll get to do...

  • Develop and implement the global strategy for Identity Governance while ensuring its scalability and resilience
  • Advise the design of identity roles, policies, and certifications globally
  • Craft and deliver identity solutions for the enterprise in a highly sophisticated environment with a blend of legacy and innovation platforms
  • Report on IGA program strategic objectives and operational run metrics, key performance indicators, and outcomes
  • Working in large/global corporate environments 
  • Demonstrable ability to effectively sell ideas and build consensus at all levels within the organisation

Your experience should include...

  • 8+ years of Information Security experience 
  • 3+ years of people management experience
  • Prior Identity Governance and SailPoint experience are useful
  • Current and in-depth knowledge and understanding of sophisticated security concepts associated with authentication attacks, techniques, and threat models are preferred
  • Effective presentation skills for technical and non-technical groups
  • Track record of success in planning and implementing large projects
  • Strong crisis leadership skills
  • Ability to build teams and solid skills in the management of internal and external relations, as well as extensive experience in an international context
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to define, collect, analyse data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and make fact-based decisions

You might also have...

  • CISSP, CISM, GIAC, or other industry certification preferred
