What We’re Looking For

We're looking for a strategic and hands-on analytics leader to help shape the future of Northern's Data & Analytics practice. As our Senior Manager, Analytics, you'll lead complex client engagements, guide a team of analytics practitioners, and play a key role in growing our analytics capabilities and market presence.

In this role, you'll work with leading organizations to design and deliver innovative analytics solutions across the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem, including Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time CDP, and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). You'll partner closely with our Revenue team to support client strategy, solution design, and business development opportunities while ensuring exceptional delivery outcomes.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing client leadership, solution architecture, team development, and practice growth. You'll help define our analytics offerings, influence our technology investments, build strategic partner relationships, and identify new ways to leverage data and AI to create value for our clients.

Our Connected Workplace Program gives you the option to choose a remote, hybrid or in-office workspace!

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead engagements end-to-end: discovery, requirements, KPI alignment, and proactive scope/risk management.
  • Architect and deliver Adobe Experience Cloud solutions (Adobe Analytics, CJA, AEP/RT-CDP, AJO, Target) using best practices.
  • Own measurement and solution design: SDRs, variable mapping, tracking plans, attribution, and journey-based frameworks.
  • Design and implement data architecture (event-driven data layers, Web SDK) with rigorous QA.
  • Develop MarTech roadmaps and analytics maturity assessments tied to business outcomes.
  • Integrate online/offline data to enable unified profiles, segmentation, and activation.
  • Evaluate and recommend analytics platforms against capabilities, performance, security, and fit.
  • Implement consent and data governance aligned to GDPR, CCPA, and PIPEDA (via TMS, OneTrust).
  • Ensure delivery excellence via standardized reviews and scalable QA processes.
  • Build trusted senior client relationships; act as escalation point for delivery issues.
  • Staff projects effectively; align internal/contractor skills and oversee output quality.
  • Mentor and develop practitioners; provide ongoing technical guidance and feedback.
  • Define and evolve practice strategy, delivery methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Drive innovation and AI-augmented analytics (predictive insights, segmentation, journey orchestration, reporting enhancement, next-best-action); stay current on trends.
  • Translate partner (especially Adobe) roadmaps and investments into service offerings and client solutions; support go-to-market with Revenue (discovery, solutioning, estimation, proposals), collaborate cross-functionally, and represent Northern at industry/partner events.

Working Conditions

  • Office hours are generally Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm ET
  • Flex-time available
  • Some overtime may be required on occasion.
  • Some travel may be required.
