Are you looking for an opportunity to wear many hats, move quickly to drive strategy and performance across a wide array of clients? Yes, then we have the job for you. We are seeking an experienced Sr. Affiliate Account Manager to serve as a key client facing contact, within our affiliate marketing team. This person will be responsible for leading and growing the client relationship as well as all client deliverables, account strategy and execution.

You know how to get accounts to grow. You tenaciously run at a number to exceed your growth targets both for your internal team and your clients. This skill allows you to quickly identify when initiatives are not on track, so that you can pivot and get to growth.

You have the ability to translate a complex digital strategy into a clear set of executional tactics. You will use this knowledge to direct the digital acquisition strategy and build a roadmap and account plan across your book of business.

You love using data to tell a story and can boil down immense amounts of data into a key piece of support for your point of view. You have a proven track record of influencing key publishers and client contacts to achieve a positive outcome. You love tying backend data to front end data to understand a customer journey to find new types of publishers.

Responsibilities

    • Work across teams both internally and externally to ensure projects are progressing. Own portfolio of affiliate client revenue and work with digital marketing strategists, publisher analysts and business development to help execute on client and company growth
    • Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring the LQ Digital is exceeding the client's expectations
    • Develop quarterly and annual strategies to align with client's business goals. Keep up on industry trends
    • Define, track, and communicate key performance indicators and success metrics to clients. Create and articulate storyline to client.
    • Manage, communicate, and grow strategic partnerships important to the portfolio of affiliate clients
    • Oversees efficiencies across the channel to increase profitability and maximize clients spend
    • Trains and leads associates, manages workloads, and delegates tasks while ensuring error free execution on deliverables
    • With assistance from Director, delivers management coaching to associates to advance and grow team capabilities


Background + Experience

    • 5-8 years of affiliate marketing experience required
    • Previous experience managing and motivating direct reports required
    • Direct affiliate marketing experience (in-house, agency, network) required
    • Knowledge of Affiliate Networks (ShareASale, Commission Junction, Impact.) required
    • Advanced Excel capabilities and comfortable with formatting, formulas, customizing reports, etc.
    • Confidence presenting to clients across multiple levels.
    • Effective communicator with ability to create a narrative highlighting data insight and presenting data-driven strategies.
