Position Summary

The Senior Lead Salesforce Analyst will be responsible for delivering high quality service to Rimini Street in (url removed) (SFDC) platform. This position will lead design and development of solutions using best practices to implement and improvise business processes, as well as troubleshoot and support daily operations in (url removed) database structures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Provide administration, implementation and development expertise, as well as provide application support for SFDC platform

Implement new enhancements including creation of custom objects, workflows, email alerts, templates and integration scenarios and design

Design, develop page layouts, field additions, permissions and maintain visualforce, AppExchanges, (url removed) pages, APEX, triggers, etc.

Design and execute solutions for common challenges such as data mapping, object modeling, and workflow rules within the context of the salesforce platform

Maintain user roles, security, profiles, workflow rules, etc.

Support, train new end users on the SFDC application

Enhance data integrity through effective design, maintenance and security practices

Track, manage and resolve daily support requests, issues, and administrative needs of users, business stakeholders

Analyze business processes and requirements to identify the best implementation options in Salesforce

Additional Duties and Responsibilities

Identify SFDC usage problems and develop functional and technical solutions using various Tools.

Work cross-functionally to maintain and improve other key business applications such as ServiceNow, Financial Force, Dynamics AX, Okta

Serve as a liason between Sales, Marketing teams and the Salesforce development team.

Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
Education

Bachelor of Science degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering or in a related field or equivalent experience

5+ years of progressively responsible experience in any (url removed) management field

5 years of experience with SFDC administration and implementation

(url removed) database structure and integration scenarios and design

Skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and effectively
