Job Description

Responsibilities:
PeopleTec is currently seeking a Senior Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) to support multiple DoD customers in the design and development of distributed learning (DL), interactive multimedia instruction (IMI) and courseware development. This position is 100% remote.

Duties Include:

Lead and Create instructional design documentation; products may include, but are not limited to, instructional systems design and documentation, storyboards, narrative scripts, illustration concepts, tests, and scenarios

Lead the design and development of curriculum, total course materials including, but not limited to, student outlines, handouts, facilitator guides, performance exercises, evaluations, activities, job aids and all other required materials

Design asynchronous training utilizing the ADDIE process

Provide end-to-end design, including task analysis, media requirement documentation, learning objective development, and storyboarding.

Develop Instructional Media Design Package (IMDP)

Manage multiple lessons in various stages of production and meet deadlines

Address customer needs and document resolutions throughout the development process

Qualifications:
Qualifications

10+ years of professional experience with 5+ in Instructional Design

Prior ISD experience working with Department of Defense (DoD) customers

Proficiency with MS Office Suite

Experience using web-based authoring tools

A positive attitude and professional demeanor

Excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated team player

Effective written/verbal communication and presentation skills

Strong attention to detail, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills

Must be a U.S. Citizen

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree (Instructional Design, Education, or Related)
