POSITION SUMMARY:
The Sr. Implementation Manager will oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring their successful implementation of TruDataRX’s formulary management products. Implementation of our products involves plan design, formulary configuration, customer service, file exchange setup(s), prior authorization processes, quality assurance activities, and other service components that require strategic planning and cross functional coordination to deliver exceptional client experiences.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Proactive management of client relationships, serving as the primary client contact and leading their transition from sales through implementation of their TruCardRX product, which is unique to each client’s scope and business objectives.
- Manage end-to-end client implementations, including project planning, risk management, and cross-functional coordination.
- Confidently manage diverse stakeholders, often with competing priorities.
- Create and manage in alignment with detailed project timelines.
- Coordinate with TruDataRx’s vendors and with clients’ vendors, including (but not limited to) Pharmacy Benefit Managers, Rebate Aggregators, Third Party Administrators, and Contracted Pharmacies.
- Effectively manage project expectations through facilitation of regular status meetings, providing detailed project updates, maintaining transparent communication channels with all stakeholders, identifying project risks and proactively addressing challenges .
- Collaborate with internal teams on the configuration component of implementation.
- Organize and coordinate customer onboarding and training through virtual sessions aimed to ensure clients are well- equipped to effectively utilize their TruCardRX product.
- Obtain a deep understanding of the product offerings, act as a subject matter expert of the TruCardRx product and promote product adoption.
