Senior Frontend Developer (React / TypeScript / AWS)

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer who will be responsible for building modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications. In this role, you will work closely with design, product, and backend engineering teams to deliver seamless user experiences while also contributing to cloud infrastructure, deployment, and DevOps practices.

The ideal candidate combines strong frontend engineering expertise with solid knowledge of AWS and modern DevOps tooling.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development

• Develop modern web applications using ReactJS and TypeScript.
• Design and implement reusable UI components and scalable frontend architecture.
• Build and maintain state management solutions and API integrations.
• Create responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces across devices and browsers.
• Collaborate with designers and product teams to translate requirements into intuitive user experiences.
• Ensure high standards of performance, maintainability, and code quality in frontend applications.

Cloud & DevOps

• Deploy, configure, and manage applications on AWS (EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, IAM, and related services).
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployments.
• Work with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration of services.
• Implement observability practices, including logging, monitoring, and distributed tracing.
• Support infrastructure provisioning and environment automation.

Required Skills

Frontend Engineering

• Strong experience with ReactJS and TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of frontend architecture and component-based design.
• Experience with state management solutions (e.g., Redux, Zustand, MobX, or similar).
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and working with backend services.
• Strong focus on performance optimization and responsive design.
• Understanding of web accessibility (WCAG principles) and frontend best practices.

Cloud & DevOps

• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, including:
  • EC2
  • ECS / EKS
  • Lambda
  • S3
  • RDS
  • CloudWatch
  • IAM
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.
• Understanding of system observability (logging, metrics, tracing).

Nice to Have

• Experience working in distributed or microservices-based architectures.
• Familiarity with backend systems and API design.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation).
• Experience with performance monitoring and frontend profiling tools.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience working in high-load or large-scale systems.
