Remote Senior Financial Analyst

Remote position, occasional visits to office in NYC may be required.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial success of the organization.

Monthly consolidation reporting of Flash & Actuals, ensuring deadlines are met and reporting is completed in a timely manner

Maintaining and analyzing monthly actuals reviews, working collaboratively with regional teams to ensure corrections are made

Conducting IT costs and Capex analysis to assist in driving key business decisions

Completing monthly MPLB analysis reconciliation and rollforward analysis

Coordinating invoicing for centrally held IT costs and all 3rd party vendor and intercompany coding for invoices

Conducting quarterly balance sheet analytical reviews

Fulfilling ad hoc requests for actuals and forecasts reporting

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, we are looking for an ideal candidate who meets the following requirements:

CPA certification/Highly preferred

Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting

3-5 years of experience in a financial-related role

Strong organizational and process improvement skills

Excellent Excel skills

Strong analytical skills

High initiative and energy level

Ability to problem-solve

Excellent attention to detail, capable of producing high-quality precision work, as well as analyze and prioritize large amounts of data efficiently

Able to manage multiple tasks and juggle several urgent demands at any given point while adapting to changing priorities
