Revenue Reporting, Planning and Analysis is responsible for the Firm's revenue accounting, management reporting, and revenue planning and analysis. We exist to uphold the financial integrity of our Firm's financial statements, provide the right information and analysis to the right people at the right time, and champion Financial Stewardship throughout the Firm.The Revenue Reporting team is responsible for our monthly revenue financial close process, firm-level management reporting and analysis and firm revenue planning. In this position, you will work in a variety of different capacities, including (but not limited to) the monthly close cycle, creation of financial statements, financial reporting, financial planning, modeling and analysis, general ledger account reconciliations, special projects, and more.The successful candidate will be a self-starter with an outstanding work ethic and looking to advance their career to the next level.This role delivers financial integrity through recording and accounting for the firm's revenue. Further, it partners across the firm to proactively identify and deliver revenue trends and insights that influence and impact business decisions.Bachelor's degree is required with emphasis in Accounting or Finance strongly preferred (or relevant work experience). CPA/International country equivalent or MBA preferred. 7+ years of relevant work experience. Functional/Technical Qualifications:
Ability to prioritize and execute on multiple tasks/projects and independently adjust to changing priorities
Advanced financial analysis, forecasting, and complex financial modeling skills, such as sensitivity analysis incorporating multiple variables and financial analysis of business decision alternatives
Ability to develop and leverage economic modeling and data visualization to identify patterns/trends/insights etc. on predefined problems.
Ability to extract, cleanse and transform data to support the needs of the analysis.
Apply critical thinking to pressure test and validate logic and outputs against known sources and understanding of business.
Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint required including working ability to utilize pivot tables, advanced charting, advanced formulas, and conditional formatting.
Works effectively both independently and in a team environment
Intermediate to advanced understanding of accounting processes and financial statements required
Ability to influence associates and leadership up to the Executive Management level using verbal, written, and presentation skills
Ability to summarize complex financial information and concepts and clearly communicate to executive-level Firm leadership
Advanced experience with general ledger
Experience with Tableau is a plus

The Sr Financial Analyst III must have the ability to analyze and recommend solutions to divisional and firm-wide leadership for a broad spectrum of scenarios and business improvement opportunities in a clear and concise manner. The Sr Financial Analyst III must have the ability to implement projects of a moderate to high complexity which involve cross-functional teams, and therefore must be able to collaborate well with associates and leadership throughout the firm, including external vendors.Decision Making:Decisions made based on financial information and recommendations provided through this role generally have a moderate to high impact on Firm performance. Decisions are of moderate to high complexity and typically pertain to ad hoc analysis and the generation of strategies and recommendations. The Sr Financial Analyst III works with leaders and executive-level management throughout the Firm, providing financial guidance to directly influence strategic business decisions. While there are no direct supervisory responsibilities, mentoring and training other associates on the team as well as associates on project teams from other divisions is expected. To successfully influence decision making, this position requires a deep understanding of how departments/divisions interact with one another and impact firm operations and initiatives.
