Atlassian Products (Jira, Confluence, Bit Bucket etc.) are core enterprise applications at ST Engineering iDirect, and an the Atlassian Administrator is would responsible for developing and supporting the standard and custom solutions across the enterprise.This position, based in STE iDirect Herndon location, will report directly to the IT Business Applications Manager, and will manage the flow and completion of unplanned work in the company while working closely with the end user community
Provide support and maintenance for Atlassian Products ( Jira, confluence , Bitbucket, Fisheye, Crucible) and Plug-ins to users based locally and internationally.Install, configure and update Atlassian Products for enterprise level usage.Work with stakeholders to determine ways to optimize/improve JIRA setup and workflows.Able to create complex JIRA workflows including project workflows, screen schemes, permission scheme and notification schemes in JIRA.Create and maintain Jira and Confluence collaboration sites (e.g., Kanban boards, Scrum boards, documentation pages, etc.).Integrate JIRA projects with Confluence Pages and construct Confluence pages.Analyze, Research, Manage and Implement integrated Atlassian tools, plugins, and applications.Create test cases and generate test reports for testing JIRA projects implementation and enhancements.Manage and track work in Jira using Agile and Kanban methodologies.
