Location Details: Remote, India

At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time; others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.​

This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.

What you'll get to do…

  • Use your natural storytelling abilities and solid copywriting skills to find and build content that best showcases our culture and who we are. This includes working on projects such as the GoDaddy Life Blog, employee interviews, employee spotlights, and team spotlights.
  • Apply your social media expertise to connect with popular platforms, with a focus on crafting content and recruitment marketing
  • Lead the way in building out our Talent Community and create a communications strategy to engage with talent.
  • Focus on engagement by directly interacting with visitors who comment and engage with the #GoDaddyLife Social Channels
  • Collaborate with Recruiters and external parties to determine right job boards and platforms to drive attraction
  • Apply your international perspective to adapt content and language in order to establish effective communication with our diverse talent across various regions.
  • Embrace a data-driven approach to assess the efficiency of your tasks and consistently seek opportunities for improvement

Your experience should include...

  • 3+ years of marketing, communications, recruitment marketing/employer brand, or other relevant experience
  • 3+ years of experience leading and/or using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • Demonstrating initiative and a willingness to support the team, as we are a growing organisation that values collaboration and teamwork
  • Strong project management skills to effectively service our global teams and manage expectations and deadlines
  • Outstanding communication skills to connect with our team members and effectively convey the essence of the #GoDaddyLife

You might also have...

  • Experience with content creation, including videos, blogs, and social media posts
  • Knowledge or familiarity with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Previous experience supporting events, as our team requires each team member to contribute to various aspects of the events we participate in
  • Previous experience running an employee advocacy program or crafting messaging for teammates
  • Knowledge of UTM codes, tracking links, and targeting pixels
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics
  • Comfortable grasp of SEO optimization and using Call-to-Actions
  • Collaborative experience with various groups on projects
