Position Overview
Phil is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Director of Pharmacy Partnerships & Vendor Relations to expand and optimize our pharmacy fulfillment network during a time of rapid growth. This role will focus on identifying and securing enterprise-level pharmacy partners, deepening strategic vendor relationships, and ensuring our operations scale effectively. Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will lead the charge in growing and managing critical partnerships that support prescription fulfillment at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying, pitching, and onboarding high-quality, enterprise-level pharmacy vendors across the U.S.

  • Managing the full partnership cycle—from initial outreach and pitch through contract negotiation and onboarding.

  • Building and maintaining strategic relationships with key pharmacy vendors to support operational scale and excellence.

  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, performance monitoring, and long-term vendor success.

  • Serving as the go-to expert on the pharmacy landscape and guiding strategic decisions around fulfillment expansion.

  • Driving process improvements for vendor onboarding and engagement to support rapid but sustainable growth.

  • Representing Phil’s unique non-traditional fulfillment model clearly and effectively to prospective partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 10+ years of experience in partnerships, vendor management, or business development within the pharmacy or healthcare industry

  • Deep knowledge of the pharmacy landscape, with a strong existing network of industry relationships

  • Proven track record of signing and scaling enterprise partnerships, preferably involving fulfillment, logistics, or vendor payments

  • Strong negotiation, deal-closing, and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to navigate complex vendor organizations and manage extended sales and onboarding cycles

  • Startup experience or a demonstrated ability to thrive in high-growth, fast-changing environments

  • Ownership mindset with a focus on long-term success, relationship depth, and vendor optimization
