We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director of Growth to lead growth channels – performance and conversion, retention, and lifecycle – to grow the Frame and Calendar businesses. As leader of customer acquisition & retention you will be responsible for full-funnel marketing strategy and tactics that drive high-value customers. This role requires a strong analytical background and experience leading a team (including agencies and partners) to scale efficient media strategies that result in measurable (i.e. incremental) growth and revenue. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in DTC ecommerce growth and optimization strategies supported by a foundation of rigorous, data-driven test & learn approach. This is a great opportunity for someone to make their mark on a high-growth business by contributing to existing programs and building out new ones!
