The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director of Growth to lead growth channels – performance and conversion, retention, and lifecycle – to grow the Frame and Calendar businesses. As leader of customer acquisition & retention you will be responsible for full-funnel marketing strategy and tactics that drive high-value customers. This role requires a strong analytical background and experience leading a team (including agencies and partners) to scale efficient media strategies that result in measurable (i.e. incremental) growth and revenue. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in DTC ecommerce growth and optimization strategies supported by a foundation of rigorous, data-driven test & learn approach. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full funnel marketing machine: Orchestrate a robust test & learn strategy across established and new marketing channels.
• Drive strategy and tactics across channels such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon, Podcast, Email, TV, Affiliate, etc. Collaborate with partnership, brand, and creative teams to build cohesive integrated campaigns.
• Own website conversion optimization roadmap and testing strategy, landing page optimization, and SEO. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to lead high impact A/B testing that drives conversion and revenue improvement.
• Lead a team of partners and agencies; foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and leverage analytics to drive campaign success.
• Conduct rigorous performance analysis and reporting, utilizing advanced analytics tools and techniques to identify trends, optimize campaign performance, and uncover new growth opportunities. Leverage tools like Amplitude, GA4, Looker to derive actionable insights.
• Oversee budget allocation and management, utilizing analytical insights to optimize resource allocation and drive efficient marketing spend.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in performance marketing and growth.
• Entrepreneurial spirit: Comfortable with leading and doing. Interest in looking outside the existing toolbox – comfortable evolving with the ever-changing landscape.
• Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar performance and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Proven experience in managing and leading a team to achieve high-performance and exceed KPIs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and generate insights to drive growth and optimization. A passion for channel attribution and incrementality testing. Experience in marketing analytics and BI tools Amplitude, Google Analytics, Looker, etc.
• Expertise in performance marketing platforms, including but not limited to social media advertising platforms, search engine advertising platforms, landing page optimization tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships with external partners.
• Passion for technology and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in performance marketing.
