Job Description

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Director for our Global Payroll Operations team to grow and scale our internal and external payroll services. This person will have a chance to lead the strategic planning, management, and scaling of the company's Payroll teams. They will own the end-to-end global payroll experience for customers, collaborate with internal teams to automate processes, and ensure scalability, accuracy, and data integrity.

What you bring

  • Ideally 8+ years of experience working in the Payroll space
  • Experience leading payroll teams across a large number of countries
  • Previous experience in a hyper-growth or tech start up
  • Track record of automating payroll processes through product and tooling improvements
  • Experience leading in-house payroll teams as well as managing payroll partners
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment with a passion for making an impact

The base salary range for this full-time position is between $63850 USD to $215450 USD. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
