Job Scope As Sr Director, Commercial Excellence, you will lead the strategy, vision, and execution of the global Pricing and Analytics organization. You will drive top- and bottom-line growth, enabling Acumed to achieve its 2030 growth vision. Duties & Responsibilities Lead pricing strategy, execution, sales insights, market conditions, targeting, pipeline management, and efficient operations to meet organizational needs. Define and implement Pricing and Analytics strategies aligned with corporate objectives to drive growth. Establish and communicate policies, standards, and security protocols for consistent execution. Oversee global annual pricing initiatives. Stay informed on emerging technologies, trends, and logistics best practices. Manage department budget and negotiate software/data buys. Lead development of technical solutions aligned with strategic objectives and long-term goals. Drive standardization across Pricing and Analytics in compliance with policies and regulations. Participate in meetings and task forces to address new efforts, policy changes, and continuous improvement. Meet KPIs and SLAs across cost, quality, and delivery for all product lines. Champion risk mitigation projects. Collaborate across the business to deliver year-over-year efficiencies and pricing gains. Qualifications Bachelor’s in business, marketing, or related field. 10+ years in Pricing Strategy and business intelligence leadership. 5+ years in Medical Device Pricing and Analytics. Proven experience in complex, matrixed organizations with strong influence and collaboration skills. Ability to impact key outcomes within a sales and marketing setting. Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills across management, users, and tech teams. Skilled in developing and leading high-performing, diverse teams and preparing “ready now” successors for key roles.
