Helping our clients make their clinical trials a success by orchestrating the efforts of top-talented Clinical Research Teams.

In this job, on a typical day you might expect to…

Take care of your team

You will directly oversee an international team of Clinical Team Leads, CRAs, Project Coordinators and In-House CRAs. We expect that you will:

  • Support them to successfully achieve their KPIs (patient recruitment and retention, management of the MV strategy and the SDV burden, vendors, protocol endpoints, etc.)
  • Look for and capitalize on opportunities to motivate, reward, and celebrate successful team performance.
  • Support career development of CTLs/CRAs/IHCRAs by mentoring and coaching
  • Promote work in compliance with SOPs, Study Plans, Manuals and tools.

Enable effective cross-functional team work

You will be responsible for leading clinical deliverables across several functions, including CRA and Inhouse CRA teams, Drug Supplies, eTMF, Site ID, etc., and we will trust you to:

  • Drive relationship-building across study teams and vendors, enabling bridges to ensure project deliverables are coordinated and met.
  • Quickly identifying potential sources of issues (e. g., with patient recruitment and retention, monitoring visit strategy or SDV) and develop preventive solutions.

Delight your client

  • This is a client facing job, so we need you to establish working relationships with sponsor teams which result in client satisfaction, operational excellence and thereby increase potential for repeat business.
  • Present with confidence and convincing knowledge protocol and study related procedures during client meetings, prior and post award.

Oversee Project Finances

  • Budget forecasting
  • Monitor clinical project scope, schedule and costs to ensure all remain on track with the contract and with financial performance targets.

Is this you?

These are essential jobs for our expansion in EMEA, this is why we can only consider profiles of interested candidates who:

  • Have been fully working (100 % of their FTE) as a CTL or Project Manager for at least 2 years. We need you to bring CRO experience, as you will be managing project delivery and costing from a CRO perspective.

  • Are highly skilled overseeing international teams of CTLs, CRAs and IH-CRAs at Phase I-III studies, or interventional Ph IV trials, and know how to inspire and guide geographically dispersed project teams, ensuring cross-functional collaboration, meeting core metrics and milestones.

  • Bring extensive direct customer interaction: managing their feedback, their expectations, understanding their changes (in goals, processes, etc.) so you can transform them into effective training, coaching and actionable communication.

Master’s degree in any of the life sciences, or certification in a related allied health profession (i. e. nursing, medical or laboratory technology) from an appropriately accredited
institution.

  • PMP certification
