Your next opportunity:

As the Senior Business Development Manager EMEA you will be a key part of delivering the growth strategy globally.

You will work closely with the Business Development Team to manage the CRM system, develop robust strategic intelligence prior to meetings, ensuring all opportunities to meet with potential partners and clients are completed with excellence. You will support the Business Development Director and wider BD team with the sales processes, ensuring the opportunities are well-managed and taken to closure.

We are looking for someone who can progress into a Business Development Director role and we will provide training and support to get you there. You will need to think strategically and focus on delivering excellence in Year 1, building relationships as well as being given the opportunity to learn and grow.

About You:

+ A Bachelor's degree or other relevant training
+ 3-5+ years in sustainability and/or ESG
+ Account handling experience and a commercial mindset is important
+ Experience of SaaS products (Software as a Service) is important
+ Aptitude for digital systems and technology is important
+ Passion for sustainability, impact, information management, technology and product development
+ Ability to build trusting and lasting relationships - online and face to face
+ A can-do attitude, and a very proactive approach to each day
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Good attention to detail and ability to work methodically through a process
+ Strong organisational competency and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
+ Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise effectively
+ Ability to adapt within a dynamic environment, and desire to work on multidisciplinary teams
