The Document Services team is responsible for many of the Firm's most critical client documents. We're seeking an exceptionally talented person to innovate and collaborate with our team to develop the next generation of Document processing throughout the firm.
  • Develop formatting logic for letters and documents using Engage One or similar product.
  • Define structured data layouts in multiple formats: (MVS, XML, excel, text files etc)
  • Test and debug publications and provide output for review
  • Working with multiple repositories within Engage One or similar.
  • Work with product owner and solutions architect to develop detailed designs
  • Responsibilities include story grooming, designing, coding, and completing the development lifecycle through implementation
  • Provide system support, including on-call rotation, troubleshoot, and resolve complex system issues
  • Provide guidance, training and mentorship to other associates, including performing code reviews, suggesting best practices

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, related field or related work experience
  • Five years of experience in Engage One Designer (preferred ) or similar tool and support
  • 2 Years of experience of packaging (preferred)
  • Knowledge of SQL Server as it relates to Engage One
  • Knowledge of AFP / PDF and other output devices
  • Knowledge of Data Definition, Data Dictionary, XML schemas, and data mapping within Engage One or similar product.
  • Knowledge of SOAP UI (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Product and Agile methodologies a plus
  • A continuous independent learner, forward thinking, open to new processes and technologies
  • Ability to explain technical issues and their implications for projects and business decisions, facilitate discussion and collaborative resolution of problems
