We encourage developing and attracting expertise that differentiates us as a company as we continue to raise the bar.Job Summary***REMOTE work location but Charlotte location is perferred.***This role is primarily responsible for the preparation of U.S. international tax compliance and support of the international tax team with research, planning, and special projects for the Company with a constant view to process enhancement.Responsibilities: • Prepare various tax filings such as Forms 5471, 5472, 8865, 8858, 8990, 8991, 8992 and 8993, and required disclosure statements. • Prepare Forms 1120-F and supporting schedules.• Prepare Forms 1042; assist with the review of payments to foreign vendors and the determination of U.S. source income. • Assist with calculation and documentation of various intercompany charges.• Assist with calculation of base erosion payments, including general ledger data analysis of the intercompany accounts.• Assist with the gathering and summarization of transfer pricing documentation.• Assist with calculation of interim and annual income tax provision for foreign operations.• Assist with various tax planning initiatives.• Assist with coordination of expatriate tax compliance.• Assist with the collection, review, and maintenance of certifications related to nonresident and FATCA withholding regimes.• Research and document tax return-related issues as necessary. • Assist with Information Document Requests (IDRs) and other notices and inquiries issued by tax authorities, if applicable.• Assist with special projects as necessary, including federal and state return preparation.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; Master of Accounting or Tax preferred• CPA or CPA candidate required. • 3+ years of corporate income tax experience in public accounting or large corporate tax department. • U.S. international tax experience highly preferred. • Proficiency with Excel required including ability to manage large amounts of data, proficiency with Corptax and SAP preferred. • Excellent analytical, technical, tax, accounting, and organizational skills.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to work cross-functionally and be a team player.• Ability to work well under pressure of tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
