Exciting Sales Career Opportunity! Lynn Electronics is hiring a highly energetic & self motivated Senior Account Manager to it's growing sales team. Lynn Electronics has been supplying Low Voltage Cabling products to the Telecom & Datacom industry for over 54 years.We are seeking an individual from the cabling product industry to join our team. The successful candidate will have an understanding of the products and product selection in our industry, be able to interact with our customers to meet their needs and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position is responsible for growing the revenue with current accounts. This position is also responsible for managing existing and developing new relationships within assigned accounts including, but not limited to, quoting, customer service, order entry and sales support.**This position will work remotely. Responsibilities:Establish and maintain positive and proactive relationships through outbound phone calls, email, and frequent contact with distribution sales representatives/management to maintain current service revenue streams and generate new revenue streams.Work with specific assigned outside sales and/or rep firms in territoryMeet or exceed assigned sales budget for assigned accounts, while following established sales process.Work with sales team to develop and distribute accurate and competitive quotes that meet the margin requirement of the business.Keep current with company products and new product release information including sales materials, pricing, discount structures, product roadmaps, features, applications, competition. Disseminate to partners as appropriate. Recommend products that are the best solution to fit customer lead times and budget. Provide information quickly in a succinct and professional manner.Answer customer questions regarding products and orders.Provide accurate information to sales team for order processing.Prospect, qualify, forecast and close multiple opportunities in parallel, while maintaining and growing ongoing channel partner relationships.Support sales managers as directed with all aspects of distribution/value-added reseller relationships and sales cycles including but not limited to channel partner recruitment, price negotiation, and pipeline management.Utilize Salesforce.com as dictated by company process and for tracking all sales related activity.Handle incoming phone calls and e-mails from customers and provide requested information in a timely and efficient manner.Investigate customer complaints or concerns and resolve issues within company guidelines.Conduct work in compliance with OSHA and company safety procedures.Perform other duties as assigned.Requirements:Five years of experience in customer relationship management or sales.Technical knowledge of cable assembly products.Knowledge of Salesforce.com or another sales management tool is preferred, but not required.Knowledge of MAS90/200 or other accounting system is preferred, but not required.Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, and Excel.Ability to communicate professionally, clearly, and effectively in English, in speech and writing, with internal and external customers. Strong organizational, project management, problem solving and prioritization skills.Ability to anticipate needs of customers and proactively solve problems.
