Role Overview

Flight Club Stock Associates are enthusiastic, results driven and team oriented. As the face and driving force of Stock for Flight Club, this role is responsible for providing an engaging and exceptional experience that exceeds client expectations. We are looking for candidates who are strong communicators and understand the needs of their customers, build long-lasting relationships, and have a passion for people and sneakers.

In this role, you will:

The Stock Associate position schedule is Saturday through Tuesday, 11am-7pm. This estimated schedule is a good faith estimate and is entirely subject to business needs, which may change from time to time. This is not a promise and does not create a contractual obligation, implied or otherwise. This schedule is subject to all legally required breaks.

• Ensure shipment is received and/or transferred, processed, and organized efficiently and correctly
• Pulling requested product from the stock room and delivering to the sales floor
• Receiving and stocking merchandise on the floor
• Moving merchandise with carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other moving equipment
• Maintaining organization and cleanliness of stockroom
• Lifting, pushing, pulling boxes without assistance
• Load and unloading trucks for transfers or shipments
• Conduct warehouse style scans and cycle counts
• Assist other inventory functions

We are looking for:

• At least 2 years of Experience in a stock or shipping role is preferred
• Must be a team player
• Strong communication skills; ability to communicate with the necessary departments for seamless operation
• Knowledgeable of the latest trends in athletic footwear
• Capable of working on their feet for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift and maneuver inventory
