Streamline Brands Swim School - HQ in Parker, CO

Seasonal Position April- August

Do you enjoy helping others? Are you looking to be a part of the fastest growing brand in the industry? We are now hiring for our national customer service center located in Parker, CO. Streamline Brands specializes in teaching children water safety skills in an optimal environment with experienced instructors and an exceptional curriculum.

We are looking for seasonal employees that are interested in being part of a dynamic, fast pace, fun environment. Even though our business is around children's swim lessons, this position is a service center office position, so no aquatics background needed. This is a remote position and requires working from home in a quiet space.

Responsibilities:

· This is for a position in Texas to support our call center in Parker, CO.

· Respond to all customer inquiries in a manner that supports our service mission, vision, and values.

· Answer all incoming calls in an engaged, professional, and accurate manner.

· Manage the administration of all our policies and procedures with our customers. Maintain accuracy, security and integrity of all customer records including personal, financial and class information.

· Meet all performance expectations including service, sales, quality, and attendance standards.

· Work closely with management staff to develop and implement continuous process improvements that enhance service and team effectiveness.

· Perform job responsibilities in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner at all times.

Requirements:

Must have own computer/laptop

Internet with upload and download speeds over 20

Excellent customer service skills

Working knowledge of Microsoft office software applications

Strong verbal communication skills

Strong problem-solving skills

Strongly Preferred:

Retail, sales or recreation facility experience

Knowledge of swimming and/or swimming instruction
