Job Description

Facilitate and support all scrum events: Team Working Agreements, Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
Identify, analyze, monitor and resolve issues and risks; identify mitigation strategies and communicate with the product team.
Plan and facilitate team activities for SAFe Program Increment (PI) events.
Plan and evolve appropriate team metrics to promote relentless improvement.
Think creatively to find potential solutions and examine possibilities and outcomes.
Follow and participate in any audit and change management processes.
Contribute to the advancement and improvement of agile practices within the organization.
Enable teams to become high performing.
Establish and maintain effective communication and relationships across areas, divisions, outside vendors, and other teams, providing timely updates.
Work with the scrum team, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to influence and drive decision making and support organizational project or product teams.
Work with Agile coaches and other Scrum Masters to grow within the role.
Support the Product Owner in their efforts to manage the backlog.
Encourage Psychological Safety for the teams
Exhibit Lean-Agile Leadership - Help the team embrace a lean-agile mindset and agile core values and principles.
Elevate your teams' performance by recognizing areas of strength and relentless improvement and employing appropriate coaching and development techniques.
Provide a safe space for the team which promotes relentless improvement and continuous learning.
Guide and coach the scrum team on how to use agile practices and principles to deliver quality products and business value.
Participate and facilitate with vendor selection for product, monitor vendor performance in the delivery of products and services, and manage vendor interactions throughout projects.
Solve Problems
Explore multiple alternatives with team and facilitate decisions to remove team level impediments, while aligning to firm values.
Be an active participant in the Scrum Master Community of Practice and contribute ideas to the Product and Agile Center of Excellence
Share learnings from their team impediments with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the mastery and application of Scrum and Kanban agile methodologies within the organization.
Position Requirements

Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
Certified Scrum Master recommended; SAFe preferred.
3+ years of proven experience managing and delivering projects and products in an Agile/DevOps delivery approach preferred.
1+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role preferred.
Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum, Kanban, and XP to deliver solutions.
Experience using Jira, Clarity, HP ALM (QC), or similar tools.
Adept at refinement, story splitting, story pointing, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques.
Excellent people and product management skills.
Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
