To learn more about us visit: Key Duties & Responsibilities: Coaches the team to create better Solutions, improve business results, and better their processes. Minimum 2 years of experience managing IT software development. Project management experience and PMP certification is a plus. Facilitates team meetings, including: Backlog Refinement Iteration Planning Daily Stand-Up Iteration Review Iteration Retrospective Facilitates program events (as coordinated with the Release Train Engineer or Executives). Removes impediments and barriers to the team's progress. Protects the team from outside influence. Tracking and communicating agreed upon team metrics. Assists the team in implementing SAFe and working with other teams who may or may not be using SAFe. Fosters adoption of Agile technical practices. Coaches the team on the best ways to refine their backlog and create Stories. Ensure Development Team understands and maintains commitment to the Definition of Done (DoD). Provides oversight for compliance to organizational standards (Security, CMMI, etc.) and best practices within the team. Assists in coordinating remediation to gaps in compliance to organizational standards. Assists the PO in preparing and refining the backlog for PI and Iteration Planning. Helping the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items. Understanding product planning in an empirical environment. Ensuring the Product Owner knows how to arrange the Product Backlog to maximize value. Coach the Product Owner to ensure the volume and flow of Product Backlog Items (user stories) towards the top of the Product Backlog are Ready for the Sprint Backlog. This is a 100% remote position and anyone in the United States who obtain Public Trust Clearance can apply for this role. Education/Experience: CSM or SAFe certification is a plus. Bachelor and 5+ years of experience. In order to meet the clearance requirements for this opportunity, candidates must be eligible to work in the United States and should have resided in the US for at least 3 years.
