Description
- Manage calendars for internal members and property managers
- Schedule meetings, maintenance visits, and inspections
- Coordinate changes and notify stakeholders of updates
- Communicate with property managers to ensure smooth daily operations
- Support with task tracking, follow-ups, and basic reporting
- Address tenant concerns or questions when directed
- Respond to emails and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Provide updates and information to clients or tenants as needed
- Handle conflict or escalations with calm, clear communication
- Update records, maintain digital files, and assist with internal documentation
- Perform light data entry and follow established procedures
- Provide ad-hoc administrative assistance to support team operations
Hard Requirements:
- Native English speaker is required
- Confident, clear, and professional in verbal and written communication
- 2+ years in a virtual assistant, administrative, or scheduling role
- Experience supporting property management teams is a plus
- Background in customer service or client relations is highly valued
- Willing to adjust schedule to cover for teammates (PTO, sick days, etc.)
- Proactive, dependable, and committed to the role
- Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team goals
Schedule:
- Should be available to work on weekends
- Should be open to work from 6AM to 9PM Eastern Standard Time
Offer and Benefits:
- $5-$6USD/hour
