A successful BPO should possess a strong background and have deep knowledge and insights in their area of expertise. A BPO needs to be an active decision maker. Given any environment, scenario and situation, their responsibility is to make decisions taking into account the best interests of the organization, the comfort of the users and the viability of executing the decision. During an SAP implementation, a business process owner is aware of AS IS business processes and must act as the liaison between the SAP implementation team and the business. The BPO must have the ability to identify gaps in the AS IS and TO BE processes and constantly balance the business needs with the system capabilities. Success in this role will require strong change management skills to get buy-in from both management and end users to adopt process and system change.The position will be based remotely, preferably in the United States.
