Job Description

SAP Ariba System Administrator Duration 3+months Location Remote Project Qualifications required B.S. degree in Computer ScienceEngineering, MIS or equivalent 5-10 years as an infrastructure subject matter expert in ITfinancial services Experience with concentration in Systems administration in Ariba Contracts P2P Realms Deep knowledge in the ITK Ariba integration solution Practical knowledge with implementing SSO integration within the Ariba application Preference for background in IT, procurement, supply chain, finance or other relevant business area Strong facilitation skills with working committees and steering committees Positive track record of delivering large scale complex projects initiatives Technical Project andor Product Management Experience Ability to communicate with highly technicalquantitative as well as non-technical partner Strong problem solving, planning, time management and project management skills Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-directed and able to work without supervision Qualifications desired Solid organization skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills Collaborative team player that connects across groups with proven ability to influence stakeholders Demonstrates commitment to excellence anticipating needs, mitigating risks and minimizing challenges Strong attention to detail Communicates crisply and candidly Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas Essential functions and responsibilities Fundamental understanding of the overall procurement process Perform Ariba administration activities such as Master data (accounting, approval hierarchies, commodity codes, etc.), User administration tasks (creatingdeleting users, transferring open transactions, delegating user profiles, password re-set Subject matter expert in SAP Ariba procurement software suite Understand the flow of information throughout Ariba P2P Design, deploy and manage custom application integrations to the Ariba platform Design and implement Ariba workflows and templates based on gathered end user requirements Ability to create, manage and schedule Ariba system and end user reports Serve as day to day point of contact for +500 business users of the system, advising them on Ariba functionality and the how to of performing functions within Ariba Troubleshoot issues presented by business users Create and maintain standard work and desktop procedures Ensure that all administered systems meet audit, compliance and regulatory requirements Responsible for all user review audits, including SOX regulatory requirements
