JOB SUMMARY

Are you a driven, results-oriented sales professional with exceptional communication, follow-up, and organizational skills? Join our growing firm as a Remote Sales Representative, where you’ll play a key role in helping entrepreneurs gain financial clarity through our fractional CFO services.

This full-time, long-term opportunity offers a steady stream of qualified leads, with sales calls booked directly onto your calendar—allowing you to focus on what you do best: closing deals. You’ll be selling tiered CFO service packages to business owners eager for financial guidance, making this a rewarding role for top performers.

We’re looking for a team-oriented, accountable closer who believes in our mission and understands the value we bring to our clients. This is a high-earning position, with employees consistently exceeding $100K+ annually with just a 35% close rate.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $3,000/month for first 2 months (initial compensation)

On Track Earnings Initial Comp Example:

  • 6 Calls per day / 30 wk / 120 month
  • 70% Show Rate = 84 live calls/month
  • @ 25% call → close ratio = 20 closes

20 Closes Commission Example:

  • 10 @ $7500 = $750 commission per unit
  • 10 @ $2500 = $250 commission per unit plus rest paid as cash is collected
  • $3,000 base
  • $10,000 commission on 20 closes
  • PIF bonus = $2,000

Initial Comp Total OTE = $15k/mo

Once the position goes full commission comp, the sales commission rate increases to 13% with no cap on earnings!!

Work Schedule & Flexibility:

  • Full-time, 30-40 hours per week
  • Remote position with the freedom to work from anywhere
  • Must be available for sales calls and Slack communication from 8:45 AM - 5:45 PM EST

Operational Expectations:

  • Take 4-6 inbound sales calls per day, 5 days per week
  • Maintain at least 36 available 45-minute call slots weekly
  • Generate up to 20 additional calls per month through outbound efforts
  • Attend daily team huddles via Zoom (9 AM EST, Monday - Friday)
  • Submit end-of-day reports and update the CRM (GoHighLevel)

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct scheduled sales calls with warm leads to assess their needs and present CFO service packages.
  • Effectively communicate the value and benefits of our fractional CFO services to potential clients.
  • Close sales and ensure smooth client onboarding, maintaining a high conversion rate.
  • Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and address any concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless service and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Continuously refine sales techniques and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Attend team meetings and contribute to sales strategy discussions.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals.
  • Represent the company with professionalism, aligning with our mission and core values.

  

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a consultative or service-based industry.
  • Strong closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up and time management abilities.
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven, with a competitive yet team-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in financial services, business consulting, or real estate is a plus.
  • Ability to effectively handle objections and guide prospects through the sales process.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and virtual sales
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
  • Passion for helping entrepreneurs gain financial clarity and improve profitability.
