Salesforce Field Service SME (Remote)

A recognized services organization in Washington is currently seeking a new Salesforce Field Service SME for a promising Remote opportunity with their growing staff. In this role, the Salesforce Field Service SME (Remote) will be responsible for managing the deployment of Salesforce Field Service.

Responsibilities:

The Salesforce Field Service SME (Remote) will:

• Work with cross functional teams to understand business requirements for Salesforce Field Service deployment and develop systematic solutions to improve processes.
• Manage project to stay on schedule and meet business requirements
• Develop reports and visualizations to improve KPIs
• Drive and support improvement initiatives of deployment activities to optimize for scale, schedule and cost
• Build strong relationships with internal and external teams
• Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Salesforce Field Service deployment experience
• Background in Data Integration
• Customer service oriented
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized
