Description

 

You will suppor efforts to modernize and automate their Field Service operations using Salesforce. This includes scheduling, dispatching, technician efficiency, asset tracking, and scalable system design. The ideal candidate is a senior consultant capable of helping define technical solutions, advise on best practices, and actively participate in system configuration and workflow optimization.

Required Skills:

  • Certified Salesforce Field Service Consultant
  • Hands-on implementation experience with field service solutions
  • Experience supporting service scheduling, dispatching, and technician/driver workflows
  • Ability to assess existing architecture and recommend scalable solutions
  • Strong understanding of business rules, service appointment logic, and automation best practices

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with durable goods or asset-tracking systems
  • Familiarity with healthcare or medical equipment environments
  • Understanding of asset management lifecycle and equipment inventory tracking
  • Experience optimizing routing, service territories, and dispatcher console setups

Expected Deliverables:

  • Architectural validation of current Salesforce setup for field service automation
  • Identification of data dependencies and business rules for automated scheduling
  • Optimization of dispatcher console, resource routing, and appointment windows
  • Plan for leveraging Assets in field service workflows (e.g., delivery and return of medical equipment)
     

Additional Information:

  • You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to define needs and guide best practices.
  • Your input will be essential in shaping scalable field service workflows.
  • Healthcare background is helpful but not required.
