Job Description

Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Consultant & Configurator to join our team to support our government clients. As a Salesforce Consultant & Configurator for Salesforce delivery projects, you will provide quality user experience with professional demeanor and excellent communication skills and work collaboratively in an agile environment to design solutions for government clients, including collaboration with developers.

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to apply and grow their skillset, work with a motivated and entrepreneurial team, engage with a wide range of stakeholders, and build CGS' capabilities to serve our clients.

Job Responsibilities

As a Salesforce Consultant/Configurator, you will:

  • Provide development support to the client requirements via direct client interaction across a broad range of Salesforce applications.
  • Support the current team in building a cohesive, streamlined and quality solution in an Agile environment.
  • Capture, evaluate and direct business requirements to create clear user stories and solution deliverable with the required information to identify the best to implement solution(s).
  • Evaluate business requirement and create clear business process and workflow use cases.

Required Qualifications

  • US. Citizenship is required.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain Government Security Clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of business experience.
  • Strong expertise with capture, evaluation and direct business requirements to create within clear user stories, business process workflows, and solution deliverables with the required information to identify the best to implement the solution(s).
  • Experience working in team-bases delivery environment with agile/scrum methodology.
  • Examples of developing business requirements for application.
  • Experience in using business process design applications such as Visio.
  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience mapping a predefined set of business requirements to Salesforce solutions
  • Salesforce Administrator certification
  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience configuring the Salesforce platform utilizing 'out-of-box' features

Preferred Qualifications

  • Scrum Master certification
  • Experience developing advanced declarative Salesforce solutions
  • Experience developing Flow Builder

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $90K -$115K

The base salary range for the tagged location is recruiter to insert salary range . This role may be eligible for other compensation, including variable compensation, bonus, or commission.
