Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator with certification and 5+ years' experience to help our organization solve complex business problems using the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will think and act strategically and proactively, exhibiting an independent and self-directed approach to accomplishing the tasks at hand. demonstrate advanced analytical, problem-solving, project management, and technical expertise. drive implementations of high-quality solutions through building strong stakeholder relationships and facilitating regular status meetings. possess a designer's mind-set and a keen understanding of the declarative features of the Salesforce Platform to deliver human-centered user experiences. develop and propose ideas and recommendations based on your own observations or based on user feedback, adoption data and researched facts; can persuade others to support or agree with an idea, approach or position. Responsibilities will include: Process Automation Create, maintain, and enhance automated business processes. Use tools such as Flow to build automations within Salesforce. Advise and implement process automation within Salesforce, ensuring accurate documentation. Change Management Possess knowledge of deployment strategies and processes, for example, sandbox environments versus production; experience with DevOps tools a plus. Coordinate with Change Management and Support team to develop communication about changes to business processes and/or technology. Security Management Maintain the Salesforce security model including roles, profiles, sharing rules, and permission sets. Ensure that Salesforce implementation adheres to corporate security standards, complete regular internal system audits, and prepare for system upgrades. Business Analysis Improve business processes and efficiency in Salesforce using strong business analysis skills. Analyze business processes and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Possess a deep understanding of Salesforce products, features, and best practices and use that understanding when responding to business enhancement requests. Data Management monitor and update Salesforce data including importing, exporting, and mass updating of data. Oversee the execution of day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of Salesforce, including the creation of custom objects and fields. User Management & Support Oversee all administrative functions within Salesforce, including the creation and maintenance of user profiles and permissions. Troubleshoot problems and implement suitable solutions in a timely manner. Maintain Salesforce Skills Stay informed of Salesforce enhancements and new features and participate in the "knowledge share."
