The Salesforce Administrator will help support our growing sales organization by ensuring that policies, systems and procedures relating to Salesforce automation and related analytics are maintained and adhered to. The Salesforce Administrator will track, monitor, analyze and report on the ongoing quality and integrity of all sales data and will work closely with Sales team members to build dashboards and conduct ad hoc analysis to help support the team and executive management goals.

How You Will Make an Impact:

* Serve as a primary resource for all Salesforce projects and initiatives
* Create and manage custom fields, dashboards, reports, list views, page layouts, validation rules and custom workflows
* Managing Salesforce users, roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups
* Perform various data quality checks, including investigation and work with the team on remediation steps
* Perform database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing
* Apply data cleansing techniques to improve the quality and accuracy of contacts and accounts and develop processes and methods for acquiring net new names to our database
* Create and maintain dashboards and reports that give business stakeholders visibility into the key information that will allow them to effectively coach and manage their team
* Assist the sales leadership team in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies to implement data enrichment processes to improve the end user's performance.
* Support the development of the revenue operations strategy, understand priorities and execute operational plans.
* Troubleshoot, resolve and track Salesforce.com end-user issues; Assists with break/fix requests.
* Manage multiple concurrent projects and initiate, drive projects to completion with minimal guidance.
* Work cross-functionally with partners in Sales, Finance, Marketing and CS to support business initiatives.
* Evaluating and installing new Salesforce releases, as well as providing training and support

Who you will be working with:

* You will be reporting directly to our Director of Revenue Operations
* You will work directly on the Revenue Operations Team
* You will work closely with the Sales, Customer Success and Marketing Teams

What you bring to the table:

* Salesforce Administrative Certification preferred
* 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheet
* Strong analytical skills
* Detail-oriented & diligent with excellent time & deadline management
* Teamwork & collaboration oriented
* Able to take initiative, ownership, and be proactive in their daily work
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator desirable
