Berean Group is Looking for Sales Support Specialist with our end client Change Healthcare. Can be remote anywhere. 40 hourweek. Team is mostly out of Donelson, TN, so must work around CST business hours. Job Description Summary The main function of a business analyst to be responsible for providing basic to moderately complex information and analysis to support overall management of a business unitdepartment. Job Responsibilities Reviews, drafts, and outlines business requirements that impact strategic initiatives andor business unit objectives. Assists in the development and documentation of business requirements andor business solutions to solve problems and issues related to business operations. Examines various data sources and applies consistent approaches to data interpretation and performance measurement results. In coordination with business partners and users, assists to ensure that critical strategic decisions are vetted and well thought out prior to implementation. Ensures project dependencies are clearly defined, documented and communicated appropriately in terms of time required to complete. May liaise with the business, development team and technology on certain projects. Assists in the planning and implementing of Projects and Strategic initiatives of the Business Line UnitOperations. May assist in the development of business unit analytics, department or operational procedures, reporting, financial analysis, communicating andor strategic planning activities.Skills Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage onersquos time. Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods. Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed. Ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses. Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel. EducationExperience Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, human resources or relevant field required. Entry to 2 years of related experience required. Required Skills Position Summary Responsible for Sales and Account Management support with regards to quotingpricing, and sales tools usability. Provide sales support, education and training to multiple sales and account management teams. Support includes user support on, Apttus Configure Price Quote (CPQ) and other critical tools and applications as needed. Key Responsibilities Support Sales and Account Management users with Apttus Configure Price Quote (CPQ) configurations and custom pricing exhibits. Troubleshoot and resolve end user issues for APTTUS Configure Price Quote (CPQ) applications. Provide education and training programs to support the businesses in the use of automated tools and processes. Perform user acceptance testing for Salesforce and Apttus CPQ projects. Reviews, drafts, and outlines business requirements that impact strategic initiatives andor business unit objectives. Assists in the development and documentation of business requirements andor business solutions to solve problems and issues related to business operations. Ensure custom pricing exhibits requests are created using the appropriate process Communicate with various departments to finalize pricingquote Minimum Requirements Experience developing, managing, and implementing systems requirements Strong interpersonal and communication skills 3+ years sales support, sales administration, or sales operations Critical Skills Quantifiable experience working in Salesforce Quantifiable experience working in APTTUS Configure Price Quote (CPQ) Experience managing User Acceptance Testing processes a plus Additional Knowledge Skills Highly proficient with use of CRM tools, especially and Apttus Configure Price Quote (CPQ) Ability to work independently to manage multiple projects across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills Proficient at prioritizing and executing when experiencing multiple competing priorities Proactive, eager to learn and tackle challenge The ability to build relationships across the organization and collaborate to accomplish goals Detail oriented and accountable Business Competencies Communicates Effectively Is effective in a variety of communication settings one-on-one, small and large groups, or among diverse styles and position levels.
