Job Description

Sourcer for the NA Sales team. UPDATE- The hiring manager said she absolutely needs someone with strong sales sourcing, Not seeking any technical folks at this time as they already has that in place. Will support 3 Full-lifecycle Recruiters across North American Sales team. Needs to bring a strong pipeline of potential sales talent. Some one that is always nurturing their network and can bring quality talent to table quickly. The Sales Sourcer identifies, engages, and pre-screens qualified candidates by performing sourcing and selection activities to include, but not limited to reviewing resumes, prescreening candidates, identifying candidate sources, referral recruiting, online social networking. About the role bull Manages sourcing process for assigned business unit(s). bull Develops a healthy passive pipeline of candidates using various research recruiting tools as well as organic pipeline bull Assists Recruiter with follow-up activities and maintains relationships with candidates for pipeline opportunities. bull Identifies appropriate sourcing techniques that align to market, industry, skillset and region. bull Attends hiring leader in-take meetings to gain insight in to the qualifications and skills needed for open positions analyzes client requirements against qualifications of candidates and matches the best candidates with client needs. bull Qualifies candidate applications and sourced candidates by conducting resumeprofile review and pre-screens to obtain work history, education, training, job skills and salary requirements. bull Ensures all candidate data is documented, updated and reported properly in recruiting tools and ATS. bull Leverages company brand equities in sourcing techniques to target the right talent pool for area supported. bull Debriefs Recruiter by delivering external candidate profiles, market research and sourcing strategy. bull Delivers exceptional service working with external applicants through the interview and hiring process. About you bull 5+ years of sourcing or full lifecycle recruiting with emphasis on pipeline generation. bull Proven ability to manage projects in fast-paced, deadline-driven interrupt-driven environment with conflicting priorities with high attention to detail, follow-up and follow-through skills. bull Exceptional communication skills and EQ candidate is able to build relationship and rapport quickly and deliver outstanding internal and external customer service.
