The Quadient Talent Acquisition Team is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner (Senior Recruiter), who thrives in an innovative, fast-paced environment and has full life recruitment experience. A Brand Ambassador who is passionate about delivering "a WOW a candidate experience and can build dynamic relationships with candidates, peers, hiring managers, and HR business partners. The ideal candidate will take the lead in the execution of searches for the North America Sales Team. We are open to the ideal candidate working remotely from another location in North America.

The Quadient Talent Acquisition Team is seeking an experienced Sales Recruiter (TABP) has full-cycle Sales recruitment experience. Someone who thrives in an innovative, fast-paced environment. A passionate Brand Ambassador who can deliver "a WOW a candidate experience and can build dynamic relationships with candidates, peers, hiring managers, and HR business partners.

The ideal candidate will take the lead in the execution of searches for the North America Sales Team.

* As the subject matter expert you will partner with hiring leaders to understand recruiting needs, business objectives, lead/manage end to end Sales recruitment process (i.e. job posting, sourcing, screening, compliance, offers, and on-boarding). Determine recruiting strategies, source and screen qualified internal/external candidates, refine candidate slate, and participate in offer presentation, negotiations and close.

* Continuously work on ways to improve the recruiting process and candidate experience.

* Ability to source diverse candidates, meeting position requirements utilizing internal job postings, job board mining, internet sourcing, CRM, social networking, and employee referrals.

* Ensure compliance with legal regulations regarding employment

* Facilitate an impressive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process in close collaboration with hiring manager - communication and timely feedback, as well as interviewer preparedness

* Prepare and provide metric/recruiting status reports. Lead/participate in client update meetings.

What You Bring:

* At least 5 years of relevant experience with Sales Candidate recruitment

* Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships based on over-communication, integrity and transparency is essential. Ability to provide polite push back when required.

* Experience working with web-based Applicant Tracking Systems (i.e. Workday, Oracle etc.) and candidate sourcing tools; ability to learn systems, processes, and procedures quickly

* Exceptional work ethic coupled with a sense of humor

* Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships

* Team player who can collaborate and bring ideas to the attention of the whole team

* Confident when working autonomously
