Responsible for analyzing functions essential to sales force productivity and sales force effectiveness, including pipeline management, reporting, sales process optimization and sales metrics along with identifying gaps in data needs, reporting or process and working with appropriate areas of the business to provide resolution.


  • Manages sales forecasting processes including demand in partnership with Sales and Finance.
  • Establishes high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency in forecasting (including demand) and supply chain planning approaches.
  • Drives sales in pipeline hygiene and accuracy to capture proper demand for use in supply chain planning.
  • Partners with sales and functional leadership to identify opportunities for sales process improvement.
  • Recommends changes and enhancements to CRM technology platform in support of sales organization productivity.
  • Works closely with Business Ops Managers along with leadership to define the optimal performance measurements and performance management programs to ensure sales organization success.
  • Tracks and reports on key sales metrics, evaluates sales performance measured against sales goals; distributes results to sales management in a timely manner
  • Develops new reporting tools aligned to KPI's as needed.
  • Publishing E2E results to include analysis of actuals to forecast and demand variances.
  • Develops, coordinates and facilitates professional relationships with internal and external subject matter experts and cross functional stakeholders
  • Seeks to develop process improvement both within their work product but also cross-functionally on processes that the sales function views as dependencies
  • Perform ad hoc data analysis, provide data insights, and manage special projects as needed.
  • Gather and analyze diverse data to understand problems and bring them to light.
  • Communicate with the management team, in order to guide strategic decisions.
  • Collate and analyze data, in order to effectively forecast sales trends.
  • Review sales data from the past, in order to better understand productivity trends.
  • Generate accurate, clear reports and explain complex trends.
  • Regularly share actionable information with the sales and management team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Masters Degree
  • Min of 5 years of experience in Sales Operations and Sales Systems
  • Requires significant depth of knowledge in the Sales Operations program assigned.
  • Technology expertise aligned to Qlik, Anaplan, Power BI and Alteryx
