The Sales Operations team is responsible for the overall productivity, structure, and efficacy of the Revenue Organization at Apollo and partners extremely closely with Sales leadership to drive key initiatives. This role will be highly cross functional, spanning Sales Compensation, Escalations, and Reporting. You will partner with key cross-functional stakeholders from Finance, People Operations, and Sales to deliver key outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a highly analytical mindset and a documented history of thriving in ambiguity.

Mission of this role:

Scale the impact of the sales team by partnering directly with leadership to conceive, launch, and land initiatives focused on efficiency and revenue production. Enable sales management and leadership to leverage accurate and scalable data. Support the sales reps and revenue team by creating scalable processes (automate where possible). Enable the team to operate efficiently at scale.

In this role you'll:

  • Collaborate with Sales Operations leadership and cross-functional stakeholders in developing net new sales compensation processes and incentive structures
  • Successfully close and process sales compensation for each period Sales Escalations -Assume ownership of sales ownership escalations process and successfully automate Key Insights 
  • Own and automate weekly cross-segment insights reporting for sales leadership

About you:

  • 2 - 3 years of experience in Sales Ops & Sales compensation
  • Minimum 3 years total experience
  • Advanced Excel data analytics capabilities (SQL experience a bonus)
  • Comfortability working with senior stakeholders (Director / VP)
