Responsibilities: This role is responsible for leading, directing and motivating the Public sales team to achieve sales and bottom up objectives. Responsible for implementing locally relevant strategy to drive sales growth and market share. Delivers on operational targets as defined by the business. Manages sales team to achieve sales targets and implement global initiatives. Manages customers offer performance. Delivers on AOP targets. Drives a high performance culture. Achieves revenue, margins and sales productivity efficiencies targets within the assigned geographical area. Establishes high levels of customer partnership and satisfaction. Implement a winning distribution strategy for assigned area. Drives sales team engagement, culture of accountability. KPI’s: Sales Growth or growth wallet share /CSG %/order intake. IGM% / ISM% / EBIT. FYS. Estimated customer projects MS%/ distribution Share of Wallet (SoW%). Customer NPS at a channel/account level. Project / 12NC Forecast accuracy for assigned accounts. Usage of prescribed tools. Experience in selling complex offerings consisting of multiple building blocks – e.g., diverse hardware, software, servicing. Key account planning skills and focus on strategic relationships development. Commercial listening and questioning skills, ability to win the seat at the right customer table. Skilled in one-to-many negotiations, able to create demand for solutions by leveraging empathy and trust-based relationships.
