As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring distribution partners to expand the company’s business reach. You will have a strong sales background, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully finding and onboarding distributors for imported products.
Our client is a Dubai-based leading cosmetic manufacturing company specializing in the production of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) products, with a specific focus on whitening creams. They offer a wide range of FMCG products, including skincare, haircare, body care, and makeup. Their extensive product portfolio is designed to meet the evolving beauty trends and preferences of their consumers.
As they are continuously growing their worldwide presence, they are looking for motivated and assertive Sales Executives to join their team and introduce their imported products to potential distributors locally.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential distribution channels and target industries for our imported products. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to develop effective sales strategies.
- Lead Generation: Generate leads and prospect potential distributors through various methods such as cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and utilizing online platforms. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified distributor leads.
- Product Presentation: Develop an in-depth understanding of our imported products and their unique selling points. Deliver compelling presentations to potential distributors, emphasizing the value and benefits of partnering with us.
- Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with potential distributors, acting as their main point of contact and promoting strong business partnerships. Regularly follow-up to address any questions or concerns and provide ongoing support.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations to secure distributor agreements. Collaborate with key decision-makers to understand their requirements and align our offerings with their business needs. Close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Onboarding and Training: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new distributors. Provide necessary training and support to distributors to enable successful product adoption and sales.
- Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts. Provide regular reports on distributor acquisition progress, market trends, and competitor activities to the leadership team.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the distribution or import/export industry

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with distributors.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
- Familiarity with import/export regulations and procedures is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field (preferred).
