We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our recruitment company's sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales and a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the recruitment industry.


  • Lead and oversee the sales team to achieve targets and objectives aligned with company goals.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the client base and achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage and cultivate relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing opportunities to acquire new clients globally.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to enhance the performance and professional development of the sales team.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives within the sales department.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles.
  • Extensive experience in managing sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
  • Deep understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and market conditions.
  • B2B sales experience is preferred.
