The Sales Director will have a proven track record of  success in driving new sales, effectively managing accounts, and focusing on customer retention.They will have exceptional leadership and communication skills and a deep understanding of how using a multi-departmental approach can provide our customer with an experience that is unmatched in the current agriculture market. They will be passionate about regenerative agriculture and have the ability to inspire and motivate a team to deliver exceptional results.


  • Work with Executives to develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
  • Develop and manage a high-performing sales team focused on relationship building, account management, and the science of regenerative agronomy
  • Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with target customers
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead of the competition
  • Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team to help them achieve their targets and improve their performance
  • Prepare and present on-going sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to the executive team
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to facilitate  effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns

  • Previous experience as a Sales Director or similar role
  • Ability to manage a cross functional sales team
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
  • Dynamic communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field
  • Knowledge of regenerative agriculture and crop nutrition is a plus
