Job Description

We're looking for Business Development Representatives to extend our global reach through skillful discovery and exploration of new and untapped business opportunities and relationships. Objectives Of This Role

  • Manage both our existing sales pipeline that you have built for National Account Managers or Account Executives and develop new business opportunities
  • Develop proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and cultivate business opportunities and partnerships
  • Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets
  • Develop strategies and positions by analyzing new venture integration
  • Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies and sales campaigns
  • Motivate the team, track performance, and report metrics

Daily And Monthly Responsibilities

  • Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers and meet regularly with management and regional team members to discuss strategy
  • Generate new sales pipeline, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the sales deals that are in line with strategies, and lead/facilitate pitch logistics
  • Follow existing sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices already established
  • Support sales deal structures by including all necessary team members in discussions and assist by collaborating
  • Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations
  • Tenaciously use phone, email, social media, and other methods to reach prospective customers through a high level of daily activities
  • Partner with and leverage teammates to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to steer opportunities
  • Use business and industry knowledge to research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, craft/identify compelling events, and develop accounts
  • Manage, track, and report on all activities and results using Salesforce
  • Work with Field and Corporate Marketing to energize attendance at regional marketing events

Skills And Qualifications

  • Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Working experience with sales techniques for selling to large enterprise
  • Bachelor's degree in business or management preferred or equivalent experience
  • Proficient with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and manage resources
  • Experience with CRM software, Salesforce experience preferred
  • Ability to deliver presentations via Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides
  • A self-starter with a track record of successful, credible achievements
  • A genuine curiosity and empathy for the prospect's situations, needs, issues, challenges, and pains
  • Creativity in sourcing your own sales-ready opportunities and prospects
