Sales Development Representative - Qualification & Appointment Setting

Attract and Scale is a fast-growing digital company that is looking for appointment setters and sales reps.

This role will require you to be able to prospect new leads in order to generate sales calls (mostly using social media and calling).

You will ALSO need to be able to host Zoom calls and run 15-30 minute discovery and qualification conversations in order to evaluate whether or not a prospect is a good fit.

If they, you will schedule a follow-up call with the prospect with one of our high-ticket closing specialists.

Earning expectations for our Sales Rep if they hit quota will range between $2000 to $5000 USD.

We also want to give opportunities for promotion for our reps to become a manager or a Closer one day, where the potential earning per month can be up to $10k USD per month.

We ONLY will accept candidates with minimum 3+ years experience in either appointment setting (online), or closing (high-ticket online offers).

Anyone who doesn't meet this qualification will be immediately rejected.

• There is a base salary + commission! You'll earn between $2,000 to $4,000 USD per month
• You will learn like crazy! We will heavily invest in your education, and help you become a rockstar marketer and salesperson. You will be receiving the appointment setter training for free and be certified as a Gold Level Appointment Setter once you have gone through the training.
• Freedom for you! The position is fully remote—work from home, a co-working space, the beach—as long as you can work in the PST to EST time zone.
• You will be working with a team of A-players — we are very thorough with who we hire; you won't be working with B players!
• You will work with some of the biggest names in the digital commerce world.

• You have near-native English speaking and writing skills;
• You have a good working computer and stable internet connection;
• You can work 9am to 5pm EST.
• You are someone who has sales representative experience;
• Access to a computer and reliable internet connection
• Ability to maintain positive mindset and energy at all times;
• Ability to maintain strong internal communication (notes in CRM, record calls for review, etc.);
• Very diligent at follow-up. You should be highly persistent and willing to hustle in order to turn “maybe’s” or “gone silent’s” into “yes’s”
• Very good at tracking your work, so we have clarity into your results; and
• Simplifying complicated ideas in a way that is persuasive and doesn’t overwhelm.

BONUS SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Experience successfully selling online education to consumers.
• Understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies.
