Typical Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, mathematics, or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience as a compensation analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools, experience with CaptivateIQ is a plus
- Familiarity with sales compensation best practices
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

- Process accurate variable pay calculations for sales and ecosystem roles on a monthly basis
- Develop and maintain documentation of compensation plan structures and policies
- Conduct thorough analyses of sales performance data and provide insightful recommendations
