LastPass is looking for a Sales Commissions Analyst:
The Commissions Analyst role plays a key part in successfully completing monthly and quarterly responsibilities to support the calculation of incentive commission payments, with a focus on accuracy, completeness, and consistency as outlined in the commission plans. The role involves performing monthly and quarterly reconciliations of data used in variable compensation calculations, identifying and addressing commission exceptions, and resolving data discrepancies.
About the Team:
The Commissions team is a vital resource in supporting the sales teams (and sales operations) by ensuring the efficient, accurate, and timely issuance of competitive variable compensation plans, as well as their rollout and implementation, to effectively incentivize the sales team to drive business growth. We are looking for someone with an analytical mindset who is passionate about solving complex problems.
