As a Scrum Master, responsibilities include working with both Scrum and Kanban teams to facilitate SAFe team and program events, thereby supporting effective SAFe iteration and PI execution, facilitating team ceremonies and helping remove impediments. As a servant leader and coach, the scrum master partners and collaborates with internal stakeholders from multiple functional areas and disciplines to help facilitate and coordinate the team's development and deployment of agreed upon Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) using existing SAFe processes and methodology tools (such as Jira). Coordinates communication with team members, business points of contact, and DT leadership.
