Routing Manager (A2P SMS)

Intergo Telecom Ltd is a leading telecommunications company seeking a talented Routing Manager to oversee our A2P SMS routing operations. As part of our dynamic company, you will have the opportunity to manage a team of skilled professionals, shape our routing strategy, and ensure that our A2P SMS traffic is efficiently and effectively routed to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute routing strategies for A2P SMS traffic.
• Monitor traffic patterns and adjust routing to optimize performance.
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Work with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of A2P SMS traffic to customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external carriers and partners.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices for A2P SMS routing.

• Bachelor's degree in telecommunications, computer science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in A2P SMS routing, including experience managing a team.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.

• Understanding of SMS industry regulations and guidelines.
