As a Robotics Quality Assurance Specialist at our client, you’ll work closely with engineering, testing, and production teams to identify issues, refine processes, and ensure flawless operation of robotic systems before deployment. Your work will be essential in safeguarding the integrity and functionality of robotic products, delivering reliable automation solutions to users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Implement QA Testing Protocols for Robotics:
- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans that evaluate the reliability, performance, and safety of robotic systems. You’ll create test cases covering all key operational scenarios and potential edge cases.
- Conduct Functional and Stress Testing of Robotic Systems:
- Perform rigorous functional, stress, and durability testing to assess how robots perform under varying conditions. You’ll identify limitations and refine specifications to optimize real-world performance.
- Collaborate on Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis:
- Work with engineers to analyze test results, diagnose issues, and identify root causes of performance deviations. You’ll provide feedback for design modifications and improvements.
- Establish Standards for Safety, Reliability, and Compliance:
- Ensure that all robotic systems comply with industry standards and safety regulations. You’ll document adherence to standards and implement quality measures that enhance safety and reliability.
- Automate Testing Processes and Data Collection:
- Develop automated testing scripts and tools to streamline quality checks and data collection. You’ll enhance testing efficiency, ensuring consistent and accurate results.
- Document QA Procedures, Test Results, and Improvements:
- Maintain detailed records of QA processes, test findings, and corrective actions. You’ll ensure clear, organized documentation for regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
- Stay Updated on Robotics and QA Methodologies:

Requirements
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of Robotics and Automation Systems: Familiarity with robotic components, control systems, sensors, and basic programming for testing and validation.
- Quality Assurance and Testing Expertise: Proficiency in QA methodologies, functional and stress testing, and root cause analysis to ensure optimal system performance.
- Experience with Automated Testing Tools: Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Robot Framework) to enhance efficiency and accuracy in quality processes.
- Programming Skills in Python or C++: Proficiency in scripting languages for test automation, data logging, and troubleshooting.

Educational Requirements:

Experience Requirements:
