About the role:
We are looking for a talented Review Generation Funnel Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for creating and implementing innovative review generation funnels for our clients' Amazon brands. Your technical proficiency and creative mindset will be crucial in enhancing customer engagement and increasing the number of high-quality reviews for our business.
This will start as an hourly role.

Responsibilities (but are not limited to):
- Develop and implement a robust review generation system that aligns with the company's objectives and marketplaces.
- Design creative and efficient review generation funnels to solicit genuine feedback from customers.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of review generation funnels, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and customer service teams to enhance customer engagement through the review process.
- Implement strategies to increase the number of high-quality reviews, improving the brand's online reputation.
- Analyze the effectiveness of different review generation strategies based on customer behavior data and make necessary adjustments for optimal results.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in online review generation to remain competitive in the market.
- Utilize your technical expertise in relevant software and platforms to execute review generation initiatives effectively.

Requirements- Proven experience in developing and implementing review generation flows in Amazon and/or e-commerce field.
- Strong creativity and problem-solving skills to devise innovative review generation strategies.
- Ability to analyze and interpret customer behavior data to optimize review generation funnels.
- Proficiency in funnel design and optimization techniques to drive desired outcomes.
